Advantages
of the Permission of Residency in Dominican Republic Many
foreigners who live permanently without permission of residency in
Dominican Republic do not value fairly the benefits of regulating
their legal situation in the country, questioning the utility in
view of the evident lack of control from the Dominican migratory
authorities. In fact, the residence permission grants the

over the normal inheritance taxes.

of outsourcing to the country of their nationality, it is
indispensable that he or she obtains permission of residency in
another country.
f)
The resident foreigner doesn’t need to buy a tourism card to
enter the Dominican Republic.
